APPROVAL PROCESS FOR COACHES

• Assess – Take a moment and read through the Coaches Position Description. Please also study our expectations regarding living a life that is Above Reproach.
• Pray – Please pray through your decision to become a small group coach. Are you called to coach small groups?
• Study our Statement of Faith – Agreement both in belief and in practice with our Statement of Faith is required. If you have questions about or disagreements with our Statement of Faith, please let us know.
• Apply – Complete the online Leadership Application (link to this).
• Meet – After you complete the online Leadership Application, a staff member will contact you about setting up an interview.
• Train – To be better equipped to coach small groups, you will have the opportunity to attend a coaches training and coaches meetings held throughout the year.
